It has over 1520 pupils on roll, over 270 of whom make up the large sixth form. The school has recently undergone an extensive rebuild with new features including new ICT suites, Drama studio, Media suite and purpose built sports hall. Roundhay is a multicultural school that caters for pupils with a whole range of abilities. The philosophy of the school is to create a happy and caring community.
